To me, that speaks volumes about their treatment of workers, spreading the burden across everyone, regardless of status. In addition, the owner of the company knows the names of all the plant workers and has learned languages just to be able to communicate with them in a more personal way. Those are the kind of people I hope I get to work for someday.
