		<description>I think this is a good point.  I tend to scan even things I am actually interested in.  Forget about actually reading a full scientific journal article!  I scan for what I am looking for and have a hard time reading the rest...which CAN lead to sloppy work down the road.  So if you have something that you want someone to do, I agree it has to be short and sweet and to the point.</description>
